According to an online article published by a recent SMU graduate, she ranted that the learning environment there was pretty muggish and competitive. She felt quite detached from her alma mater. I have my reservations (for a few reasons) with this sort of 'collective', but i think there is potential - it really depends on what they do with it. I'm not so sure if it's a milestone if it's going to remain an exclusive collective (even though it's not intended to be) that is a 'safe haven' only for those who are 'safe-d' enough to step into it. ahha.
