If you make people decide whether to renew every year, you end up losing a portion of your clients every year. This is probably one reason why CC is so deserted compared to KB. You end up losing more than earning more. This is like you have to renew your marriage certificate every year to confirm you are married, if you don't renew, you are automatically divorced.
