In-pro about 10minutes before reporting time in your PT attire to collect your coloured number tag. Usually red is for those who fail 2.4, blue for those who fail 2.4 and static, other colours like green/etc for the weight loss programme.

 

Take about 10 minutes to warm up. Then do exercises for the next 1hr or so as instructed by your fitness trainer. Can be pull up, interval running, bridging, etc.

Was at Bedok for IPT today. Saw a couple of guys with fit bodies in the changing room after the session. Nice to look at but begs the question - how come they're there? Hahaha.

 

Being fit would most probably be about carrying weights and training at machines for muscle growth in order to LOOK nice, but as we all know, if you fail 2.4km, you fail everything so maybe it's their running that is the problem. After all, having a super strong stamina won't attract anyone out there. ;)

What's IPT/RT?

 

Hi guys, I have trouble passing IPPT so i'm a regular at IPT/RT. And we all know going to IPT/RT alone can be quite boring, so maybe we can use this thread to look for buddies to go IPT/RT with. At least then we won't be so lonely everytime. So let's post when and where you are going for IPT/RT. Cheers.
