This is stir-fried, then garnished with celery? Looks really delicious!

I simply dump everything (except celery) into my AMC pan (waterless cookware) and cook for about 15 minutes.

Interesting...AMC pan. Browns...and yet, non-stick? Chicken wings look quite whole, no peeling off of skin caused by sticking?

Huh, how to explain it? The chicken does not stick to the pan because I have added the marinade (5-Spce Powder + Light & Dark Soy Sauce + Ginger & Garlic + Honey). In waterless (unlike conventional) cooking, the steam forms a seal along the edge of the specially designed lid to prevent vapour from escaping and thus enabling food to stew in its own juices.

Search Google by image and it turns up in several food websites, highly unlikely taken by the poster.

Am a little disappointed with my curry chicken.

It lacked the fragrant aroma (didn't add curry leaves as I couldn't find them in the market).

I get that problem sometimes too, if fail to fry the spices properly at first. I also try to use fresh coconut milk...more fragrant. But looks fantastic...mouth-watering!

This curry chicken looks good and best of all not too oily.. the way i like it. As for the leaves if it is always important to you, you may want to consider buying a pot of plant from the garden.. that way you can always have leaves of your own lor.. I going to get one soon..

that is a good qn, I think my mum usually called it in a dialect language

but rem not to coat your sliced fish with flour before u boil it/steam it, pan-fried it .... too artificial for me (unless it is deepfried version)
