I am of managerial post and new young guys who just joined the office tend to get really close to this particular girl, who looks sweet and innocent on the outside, but is actually a backstabbing bitch who loves to gossip and badmouth everyone's back. They are of another nationality which I guess is mainly part of the reason but they should be coming closer to me because I have more power. I am having a hard time finding eyes and ears to what is going on because of this. It happens. When I first join a company, I tend to get closer horizontally rather than vertically. Reason was because there is no gap nor inequality among colleague which can easily built camaraderies among colleague of the same rank. Which is why Singapore hardly has any good leadership. People in authority mostly sucks and you learn that first hand during the interview or how they conducted one to a fellow candidate. My company hires new batches of 8 to 10 fresh grads to do sales every year. As it is a sales job, they always hire the pleasant looking non-chub sweet talking type. Typically a bit beng. The type that calls each other bro. They wear the most fitting office shirt and pants you can imagine. They are not conscious about their bulge being obvious at the front or undies lines being seen at their butt. When they talk to me, they stand very close to me, which allows me to smell their bod. Though not all all gym fit, they are at least lean. No visible fats from their tight fitting shirt. They are not aware that sometimes their dick and balls outline can be seen from their tight pants. You need reliable people to be the eyes and ears when you have your own separate desk.
