I have talk to many people sensitive with age number. When they ask me for my age and i told them the truth, they will just choose to discontinue with the conversation. Many just dont believe a person who is at their 40s can still look young and fit. Face maybe is cause of good genes or a blessing by the gods. Body will need a great deal of determination to control your diet and a little bit of exercise will do the trick. As you can see from the television even there are acter at their 50s can still have a very well toned body with 6 pacs but sadly its less than 1% of the population in their age group.
