You're right. Everybody is only interested in lifting weights. I am thinking of lerning Kung Fu because lifting weights is boring and dull. Anyone tried it? Am considering lessons from a proper trainer. I heard Evolve is super expensive and considering alternatives. Maybe I will drop by to check it out. Thanks!
