callisthenics seems quite tough. a lot of core strength which i suck at. been trying to strengthen my shoulders for dips and doing more planks. still weak. anyone train in the AMK area? looking at training buddies to stay motivated. haha else will nua

Does anyone know if there r some fitness trainers or influencers who put up free monthly callisthenics workout calendar?

im currently following a YouTuber who specialises in pilates n she posts free monthly workout calendars. I love it as she has alr planned out everything n I just have to follow. Wondering if there’s somethings similar for callisthenics

Hi all, if you are interested in bodyweight exercises, you may be interested to check out this facebook group (https://www.facebook.com/TortureCampsg). The group gathers on Wednesday evening at Toa Payoh Stadium for bodyweight exercises (a lot of push-ups and burpees) and on Sunday morning for dragonboat training. The trainings on Wednesday are free (you just need to show up and join the exercises). You can also follow their Youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCVCrIuVhxkIxurJtf15M_sg). The trainings were challenging for me, but I felt that I improved a lot going through their trainings over the past few months. I enjoyed my training with them.
