Tried Troy's sport massage today and the treatment really helped to ease the tension in my shoulders, neck and back. Every stroke was purposeful and deliberate, certainly not just to pass time, and Troy was able to quickly diagnose and target problematic areas. The set up is basic but more than sufficient, with a proper massage bed, air con and soothing music in the background. Those looking for a professional treatment won't be disappointed. Highly recommended!

Had a 1.5 hr massage with Troy. His strokes were long, strong and continuous and i felt he was massaging every seconds, no idling. He focused on my stiff back and managed to relieve my aching areas. Hope he has more time for my front.  Strictly professional and no hanky panky. Highly recommended.

Had my first session with Troy today, and it won't be the last. Echoing the prior compliments- literally ditto. If I could put it in this expression: a beautician looks out for every corner for impurities to eradicate. While Troy hits that sore muscle spot, intuitively. Do your muscles a favour. Cheers to friendship day!

I realised I did not update this thread since I shifted last year to Punggol. I am thinking about launching a 30min session for those who wants a quick fix due to hectic lifestyle and time constraints. This 30 mins service applies to both fitness and massage sessions. I have come across more often than once, question on what is sports massage and whether it is for people who engage in sports. A short answer is yes. A long answer is no. As there are people who suffers muscle tensions especially from prolonged postures and daily activities that sports massage can assist and promote a better well-being.

 

Sports massage is not a feel good massage. It targets at muscles and often time can be very uncomfortable. People who are serious in the gym, and those who engage in professional sports remain to be the most suitable list of clients, because they constantly subject themselves to training and discomfort. If you have a tennis elbow, frozen shoulder and bodyaches that don't go away (muscle related), you are most welcomed for a consultation.

 

You can try my service at a discounted $30 for 30mins dry massage (with clothes on), as a gauge whether my service is suitable for you for the long run.

As an advocate for the LGBTQ community, I would like to encourage all Singaporeans and PR to support the event through attendance. They are very sincere, not knowing they are sincerely wrong. I implore you therefore, to look beyond petty issues, minor differences, or even to critique the organisers for not doing it "your style". If you have not attended this meaningful event, please do not allow your love for comfort (which all of us do), misunderstanding among friends, or fear of participation, to hinder your attendance.

 

Pink Dot is a peaceful event. To showcase talents and stories within the community, that might spark acceptance and promote understanding among different cultures and subcultures in the Singapore community. I have no connections with the organisers, nor do I have any contacts with them. I am representing myself, my hopes and views on this matter.

I have moved out of Punggol a year ago before the circuit breaker. I am now located at Hougang Ave 3 near Hougang Community Club. The gym has closed for the 3rd time and many of us in the fitness industry has been badly hit.

My background. I was formally trained in 2004-2005 in Raffles Spa Academy located at Raffles Swissotel. In 2006, I started doing Fusion Deep Tissue-Swedish Massage Therapy before I specialise into Sports Massage Therapy after training and working at Shangri-la and Grand Hyatt Singapore, Chi-Spa and Damai Spa respectively. My massage tend to focus a lot on problematic areas such as the shoulders and neck region, especially for first timers because that is where most people have problems with before I go solve other areas. Also, I realised that not many places or people would do a deep and total clearing in that region which can make your feel very different after the treatment. As such I specialise on that. I do not provide hanky panky, or anything else in the context of the business. Only proper massage.

 

I hope to reach out to my old clients who previously found me through here, and whoever that is game to try.

As I am planning to start a company (hopefully by next year,) I am trying to raise capital for it at my own ability, besides investors who might have interest in my business concept.

I forgot to mention this. I have a rehome maltipoo which has some anxiety issues and separation complex. He wants to be close to me whenever I am home. Where possible, I will have him with me, but I understand that there are those who might be afraid of dogs. Please let me know in advance so I can make arrangement. Thank you!

Hi Friends from BW.

 

In view of the Covid-19 situation in Singapore, I will be opening up more slots for therapy work to reduce my hours and exposure at the gym.

 

I am planning to open a new studio (back) in Punggol to continue my training and therapy work. It will cost around $100-$150k on renovations and gym equipment, and depending on how extensive the work is going to take place. As such I’m planning to execute it in 2-3 phases.

 

The renovation should start sometime in April or May 2022. The completion should be around end of June 2022. From now to then, I will have to adjust a standardised promotion mechanism to facilitate my goal to make it happen.

 

Updated promotion — 10% off U.P. For first time customers and 20% off for regulars. * Regulars refers to someone who has used the service for the past 3 months.

 

UP 70min @ $120, 100min @$180 (includes 10mins for shower, change of clothes and a brief consultation before therapy commence.)

 

I only do sports massage and nothing else. (i.e. no manhood, extra services, or even soft massage techniques.) it is suitable for people with a higher threshold for pain.

Recommended if you are looking for a proper good strength massage and can endure some pain/discomfort.
