1. First Thanks for reporting the issue.

2. I assume both have

a. CLEAR Cache

b. CLEAR Ccookies

3. Which Operating System are you people using ? eg Window 10 Prp, Home ?

I am typing this on Win 10 Pro / Microsoft Edge 38.14393.0.0.

4. Can verify this behavior is only happening to Blowingwind and NOT other sites.

5. Can tell us when did this auto-logout issue surfaced.

We did some SEVERAL Security Hardening recently, it could be one of the side effect.

Need to have an approximate date to then pin-point things.

Cheers !

Win 10 Home ver 1607 build 14393.693

only in bw will i experience auto log-off, no issues at hardwarezone forums

i *think* this auto log-off started on Saturday 25 Feb 2017, definitely only occuring this past few days

not ony chatroom, but also posting in the threads in main forum too

one moment i can type and post in the chatroom/thread, and the next moment, i will encounter the post not being sent after clicking on Submit Reply or press enter key in the chatroom

when i refresh the page, i realised i'm logged out and have to re-login then i can continue to chat/post but after a while (which occurs randomly), the issue happens again

1. Thanks to Atlas Star, killerwhale for the information.

2. As mentioned above, we did certain security tightening last week.

I have "relaxed" certain checks in view of the issues faced.

3. Please monitor and feedback whether this rectification has solved the problems raised.

Cheers !
