Questions were answered to the best of his capabilities and he exercised patience throughout. Location Location was easy to find despite being situated in one of the quieter roads. Look out for some cushion seats placed outside the spa as its trademark. I drove and parked my car at Chinarown Complex and took a 5 minutes walk to reach the place. Place Place itself is decent and the shower room / toilet is located very near to the massage room. Ambience and lighting, etc are acceptable and smoothing. Gene even took a quick moment to turn on the music once it had stopped looping. Massage Massage was done on a mattress placed on the floor. It was comfortable nonetheless as the mattress was firm and there were ample towels available. In fact, there were about 3 towels used, one for drying your body after showering, one placed on the mattress and the other one for wiping your body. Very considerate act indeed. Gene checked the pressure he used on me from time to time and was concerned whether I felt painful / uncomfortable. Rest assured that the strokes and strength will cater to majority of us. I'm sure he can adjust accordingly to your needs. Attention was given to every part of my body and I dozed off couple of times due to the relax state I was in. I like the back rub especially. Other points - Warm drinks were served, before and after massage. - I was never rushed in any manner, from the point I stepped into the spa until I wore my shoes and left after 1.5 hours. - The price is definitely reasonable given the service provided and the duration of the massage. Gene is doing a great job in managing his startup and is sincere in the services provided. Nothing to complain about. Sorry for the long post, but I thought I should share the full experience.
