Uncivilized bastards and bitch..

The bastard can be as good as a Ku Niang .. wearing long sleeves but bullied an elderly guy .. "君子动口不动手"  .. he is just a Ku Niang.

And the bitch .. please behave like a lady ... scolding vulgarities and so rude to the elderly ..  this type of bitch will get raped by animals one day .. Karma to both of them ..

what goes around comes around ....

Both the fuckers bastard and bitch will get their Karma very soon ....

His shoulder is narrower than his waist. Typical skinny fat. The way he elbowed the old man is quite unnecessary. You can put these ah bengs through school and give them well paying office jobs, but they are still going to be an ah beng.

UOB investigated and found out the bullies were not their staff. In fact, the suspected UOB male staff wasn't even in Sg when it happened.

It all started from the Woman. She started the argument, cursed and used xxxx words to the elderly man. Not enough, she called to diao chwee for the man. The man, thinking he is hero, came to rescue by violently bang the elderly on his back. If the woman were to behave graciously ..... 女的灾星祸水,男的莽夫蠢货。拉出去砍了。

If you read UOB's statement carefully, it says that man is not a staff of that brunch. Still i will proceed as this serves as a reminder to all banks not to employ such staff.

Why r u mocking? I am taking a stand! I am protesting against tyranny and elder abuse!

I watched that video twice.

The uncle was a bit stubborn and hostile also, (observe his body language and face) and he did raise his voice, contrary to what one lady claimed, that the uncle was very "gentle".

Indeed from the looks of it, the uncle seemed quite confrontational and aggressive.

Normally, if a person says that a hawker table is reserved, I will just move off. But the uncle demanded to know exactly how many seats were being taken, etc., and repeatedly demanded that the girl let him sit at the table. That will definitely make people a bit upset.

Somehow, there are some Pioneer Generation folks who walk around S'pore with a sense of entitlement. This uncle seems to be one of them. As someone in another forum said, respect for the elderly does not equate to condoning abuse.

And of course, I do not condone the young guy shoving the uncle, nor the girl using vulgarity on the uncle. (The uncle used vulgarity on the girl too, so he's no gentleman either.)

Lastly, in many cases, when you see an older man locked in an argument with a younger girl, your instincts will tell you that the older man is bullying the younger girl. Probably that was what the younger guy was thinking, and why he got angry and lost his cool.

Anyway, I somehow have the feeling that the young couple regretted the incident. They don't strike me as the sort of people who go around hawker centres scolding uncles and shoving them around. Probably they had a bad day in the office.

Also, when I watched that video, I felt it was a very good reminder to myself not to take it out on others no matter how annoyed and irritated I might be.

FYI, UOB has clarified over 24 hours ago that the two rude ones ain't their staff.

The girl wrongly accused has also filed a police report.

You still wanna drag them into this, be warned loh. You might become the next witch hunt target.

Usually those been charged in court will have a sad personal story to tell the judge, so the couple can tell their stories in the court then:

- the woman has menopause

- the guy was a victim abused by an old man before

- the woman has not had sex for months

- the guy was harassed by an old man in the mrt

etc etc.

Whatever happened to respect for the elderly? Even if he was stubborn, there's no need for foul language. She just needs to stand her ground. And I'm giving her the benefit of doubt that choping seats is a universally acceptable practice. For the lone diner in a hawker centre during peak times, finding a seat can be daunting. The old man may have been carrying his tray of food around for some time looking for a seat. Don't you shudder to think if the same thing happened to your parents or grandparents? Would we not hope people out there show a little generosity of spirit? We will also grow old and weak one day. We judge a society for how civilized it is by the way it treats its weakest members.

Face it la, Singapore has lost it all.  Singaporeans may have gone to schools and get papers, but when it comes to being truly educated, such as being gracious, cultured and refined, Singaporeans still have lots to pick up.  Singaporean are by far just being literate, but not educated.

It's clear from some of the replies here and indeed the forum itself , many SG centric issues and replies reflect very poorly on sgpreans. This incident only reflect the emptiness of many people here , devoid of simple common humanity / sense.

they hide themselves in shallow values , pretensions and put up shields to go through life e.g. Besotted by Mega churches.

its clear , SG think they're sophisticated and worldly because of the visible materials " advances" of the country but they have the values of the gutter .

It reminds me of a female boss who also behaved like that, and the male director came to her rescue by disciplining me for not listening to her warped instruction.  I resigned on the spot.  I can understand such couple psychology.  One is insecured and needy of a protection and yet very demanding, she will tell her problem by weaving unfounded story to another male figure whom she believed will support her all the way, mostly her closed friend or regular confidante.  The guy felt so priviledged and elated by their woman seeking his assistance and ended up acting like a hero., the rest became history....

The straight world has this kind of similar scene replaying many times in Singapore.  Some being taken notice as in the above video, others just dissappeared quietly leaving the victim speechless, in most drastic case ended up murdered, gang fight and what have you.   Straight people world is very very messy.  I am lucky to be gay.   Gay people will usually avoid such women in their life, and woman as in the above will hate the gay and robbed in their bf to do so.   Unfortunately, their pussy is still tempted by many stupid straight man who acted stupidly.  I hope they brought to justice regardless of its findings.

Many stories are being spread, like the old man is a known cheekopek around that area, and targetted her at the table and hence that kind of reaction from the couple. If so, would you still side with that old man?

The woman might have been disturbed by many chee ko bei before just wanting to share table with her . The old man is so insistent of sitting with her , why ? Hopping to talk to a group of girls who might be chickens ? He might  have an uteriior motive , if it is a guy , I think he will not be too interested and insistent .....

I am very very angry with that couple. I had told everyone how angry and furious I am! Even my partner is now angry with me ffor getting so upset about it..as I cannot sleep or eat as I kept thinking how that old man must had felt. Yesterday i cancelled dinner with my partner as I went to search for the old man to give him support this resulted in my partner refusing to talk to me today. My family, friends and partner thinks I am over reacting as they do not understand that I am socially concious and want to make singapore a better place.

However, i feel my efforts is worth it as I am taking a stand. I will not rest until justice is done no matter how long it takes. I have encourage my colleagues to call all the banks in Singapore if that man is their staff.

We must take a stand! We must put our foot down and ensure such behaviour cannot happen again in Singapore!

I am still boiling with so much rage at this point so much so that I could not sleep or eat since yesterday morning as I kept thinking how much that old man suffered

There are always 2 sides to a story. I'm not siding anyone. how do the guy knows he's the cheekopek when he was coming from behind before knocking hard on him? but then what's being captured in that short video may not tell the whole story either.

but then again, if I'm the old man, I would just move on if I really didn't notice the item being used to chop the table. no table. aiyah I just rather eat standing depends what I'm eating or find a bench outside the hawker centre (I don't care). if not bring back to stall and ask for taopao.

or maybe they look down on the uncle who wears shabbily and didn't talk nice to him. Usually if I'm chopping for seat for a bunch of colleagues, and told them the seats are all taken, they will just move on. could it be a case of ego, the uncle could not take rejection. there's too many maybe.....cause we don't know the whole story I guess.

but then again, shouldn't use violence...

Actually I saw a pretty good movie last time. HK cantonese movie. A very persistent old lady kept on repeating her words when reporting to an officer. Then came another senior doing the same to her everytime she repeated her words. until the old lady buoy tahan and called the senior so "um cham (Cantonese)" and left the office. may not work in every situation but just to show that words/talks itself can settle things no need to use violence. but then again depends who is the other party.

Please lah. Singaporeans being Singaporeans very selfish bunch (mostly). Does not matter they gay or straight.

In fact, the colleagues I had who really practice the You-Die-Your-Own-Biz are often the gay ones.

Over the years, I had the most help from straight married colleagues of both sexes. Of course, I have met those powerful hungry type women who are two-faced and will throw you off the bus at a whim.

How can be the first world? Singaporeans generally will be defensive to your criticism, and bragged about the city's riches, their 5Cs, NUS/NUT/Ivy-League Degrees, etc to make claims about their intrinsic substance.

I do not discount the old man being a cheekopeck trying to sit with a lady.  Than again, the lady is still very very rude and her bf very violent.  She can either moved away to find seat somewhere else instead of letting her bf resorting to violence against the old man.  Besides, the old man has bought his meal to eat instead of just sitting there empty handed.  Thus the cheekopeck argument may not stand as reason to humiliate the old man.   Pushing away the old man is no difference from United Airline dragging out its own passenger. If the man old man fell and heavily wounded, the couple could be sued heavily by the family.  Is it worth the anger just because you want to chop so many seats for only 1 to 2 persons?   Moreover, there were many eye witnesses who stood against what the couple did to the old man and that suffice to say which party  is wrong

The world can never be peaceful iif one bitch try to act weak and a bastard try to act macho.  The two combination often result in chaos and family breakdown.  I know of my neighbour whose filial son married a bitch like the above woman in the video and since then, the son and his mother was never seen on good term.  Seems like the bitch is placed on higher pedestal than his own mother.  To all Mother out there, it is good to have at least one Gay son in the family as backup plan, in case your straight son abandon you.

SINGAPORE — The police have arrested a 46-year-old man and a 39-year-old woman for an offence of Public Nuisance.

The Police received reports on April 23 regarding a couple who had allegedly used offensive language and force against a 76-year-old man at Toa Payoh Lorong 8 Market & Hawker Centre.

The couple's identities were established and they were arrested on Tuesday (April 25). Police investigations are still ongoing.

The TPY Hawker Center case is getting interesting!

Police said they arrested a 46 year old Uncle and 39 year old Aunty. All along we thought it was a young man and woman!

Instead its a 46 year old man! Cant these old folks live in peace and harmony instead of causing trouble? What are they teaching the young?

So the question now is what is next? What juicy details will come out? What are their jobs and what are their background, their families and what other dirt can we CSI? Their past misdeeds? Were they involved in other troubles? Their financial status? Will other juicy gossips be made known to public?

Whose camp are you on? Which uncle do you support?

The saga continues! The show must go on!

Hi Saddist, your title should change to old uncle vs young uncle & aunty. No need to dig too deep, once the netizens get hold of their pictures, shit will be spewed like diarrhoea.
