Does anyone here have issues with what to have for breakfast? When I was still studying, I'd head to school early for Macs or smth at the cafeteria with my coursemates but now, I'd just chow down on a granula bar or a penut butter sandwich in the office. Kinda pathetic. Anyone has any ideas on what to have on weekday mornings?

Key is to prepare a menu for the week and prepare ingredients the nite b4 if you r cooking at home.

Today..bacon, eggs and potatoes

Tomorrow..wonton mee

Thurs..bread and coffee

Fri..Thosai

etc

Make your own yogurt parfait in mason jars the night before, refrigerate, morning can just grab and go.

Can opt for healthier options when layering,

- greek yogurt

- oatmeal, flaxseeds, chia seeds, your favourite nuts

- favourite fresh fruits

- can sweeten with some manuka honey

Jazz up your simple PB sandwich with fresh fruits like bananas or avocado, and/or swap out PB with other nut butters like almond, cashews etc.

For a healthier option,

- choose wholemeal and/or high fibre breads,

- opt for those no added sugar PB

- sprinkle some chia seeds over

- drizzle over with some manuka honey if needed

Pre pack mix and match your favourite fruits and veggies in ziplock bags, freeze them and they are ready to go into the blender for a smoothie treat anytime.

If you can freeze the bags in your office and you have a small cup blender, you can do this for before you start work.

For a more filling breakfast, soak some nuts, eg almonds/pecans/walnuts overnight and they can go into the blender with the bag of fruits for a real power breakfast.

I tend to do plain Greek yogurt, a teaspoon of raw honey, and some fruit- usually bananas and blueberries and add granola on top of it, and I will have a boiled egg as well. I usually boil like 4 to 6 eggs at once, and have them over the next few days.

When i am lazy, I will have a pastries like almond croissant.

Love.
