Do u give feedback to the boss or manager when ur food is bad

Kopitiam when the wantan meat is stale. At the restaurant when the fish and chip are like rubber texture.  Do u give feedback to them to improve or pretend to be nice even if the food is very bad

Complain AFTER you are done with your meal.

I did it once, they gave me a discount voucher for when next time I come back.

Haven't been back since and don't think I will ever be

 

next time, I would rather just don't eat, explain, and walk out to find other place to eat.

if they still ask to be paid, well, I will spread the word to every social media ... it will be the end of that place.
