People are trying to be friendly by addressing bro. Just like you go and buy food, the seller will naturally address you as handsome or younger brother etc....

To me, I am nonchalant to it. Be it handsome, bro, uncle, xiao di, abang... anything la. I just get on with my life. Lol.

BUT, I do not quite like it when some salesgirl try the word "dear" on... I reserved that word for my partner only. :P
