Broccoli is a high volume, low calorie vegetable thats you full while keeping your calories low.

Good for those who are looking to cut their weight and get leaner. Besides, it's an easy vegetable to cook - just steam and add spice to plump up it taste.

 

Losing weight is all about the nutrition and food that goes into your body.

Adopt the concept of 80-20 where you focus first on the 80% on your food and nutrition and 20% on your workouts and fitness.

Sugar is the most offending culprit, when I first cut sodas dramatically and went into an exercise regime, actually got sugar withdrawals but gradually got used to it. Now lean and trim and no longer got such a sweet tooth.
