Went to the 3 places that were much mentioned in this thread..

1) Okura Ueno Cinema

Head up to L2 and pay Y500 at the vending machine to get in. As expected, the place plays dated porn movies and the crowd were mainly silver daddies and some young CD when I was there. Wouldnt want to disturb so I observed for a good 30m before heading off to meet friends. Lots if kissing, fondling and sucking all around the theatre.

2) Body Breath

Patronised by teenagers and working adults. Pretty small place nut the rooms are well stocked with lub and condoms. Japanese are mostly polite so pls practice that and nor be overly agreesive and give a light pat ob the hands if you aint keen. Some will pretend to be asleep so initiate by some light touching. They will open up their eyes to peek and if they are fine with you, they wont stop you. Key on left = btm, right = top. Had fun with lotsa hot teens and some bear.

3) 24KK Shinjuku

Patronised by 30 up to late 40s. Alot of beary types here. Had loads of fun here and at BB. Do note that condoms and lubs not provided, so BYO! The shower cubicles with glory holes were fun. Had fun with 2 married men who love to suck and get screwed. Common areas with double deck beds are good to test if the guys fake sleeping there wanna fun. TV room is a good place to hunt too. Make sone friends over there too.

Heading to tokyo now. Arriving around 10pm. Found out few weeks ago, shinkansen to osaka ends around 9, so ill be staying in tokyo for 1 day, exploring for the day and take the second last or last train to osaka. Shinjuku and akihabara comes to mind.

Yes dear, Do I really need to repeat myself?

Japanese are very fair too, in a temperate countries like japan, how do u assess one who is wrapped with thick winter clothing, cover your hair/head with the cap?

You should be fine.

I went there last night and saw a lot of skinny to rail thin frames. It seemed like they are lenient with the door policy; I saw chubby, toned, gym fit, and even out of shape men over 40 with a combover.

The facility itself is tiny and cruising space is very limited. The shower is literally a closet that fits 4. Many guys were repeatedly walking back and forth between the two areas. Sadly, I didn't play...the lone hunk with the handsome face didn't seem interested in me (although his friend definitely was but I wasn't up for it)

Probably will try out Shibuya Street and 24K Shinjuku later this week.

Has anyone been to sauna called hazard in Ueno area?

Your experience/review on this sauna would be much appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Guest Karada Tokyo

I had a go at Karada Tokyo (gay massage m2m with hj at the end).

I had the Jihun, he spoke no English. He is quite hot, but boring. He speaks no English, and does not like any eye contact interaction with you.

I chose the package, rest 1.5 (12000 yen) and it was supposed to include a cream bubble massage - this was excluded.

The service here is not so great. Not clean, confusing. The Osaka branch is way better!

During the session, Jihun gave an above average massage. When I turned around, he started massaging my groin area and started giving me a hj. Would of like him to massage my anal area, but I didn't know how to say that in Japanese. Then when he was trying to give me a hj, I started touching him, and touched his head (because he was so cute so I just wanted to touch his face and his abs, cos he had pretty good body). When I did, he retracted, and then he continued giving me a hj. I then accidentally blew on him, and he wasn't too happy about it (oops! but it was kinda funny...).

I didn't have a good experience here in the Tokyo branch compared to the experiences I had at Ueno and Osaka...

Anyone been to Body Breath ? Found that they offer Tourist Pass. Is the place able to sleep overnight ?

not sure about body breath but if cost is a concern, can try capsule hotels.  i just spent a few weeks backpacking in japan and spent a few nights in capsules in osaka and in tokyo just to try them out, and it was really quite an experience, good experience. :)

no, no no action took place (wasn't expecting), but certainly a treat for the eyes coz the ones i stayed at both had only public hot baths for guests to bathe, and since Japanese take their bathing quite seriously, it was perfectly fine spending a long time in it looking at all the guests coming in and out.  should've spent more nights in capsules instead of moving to real hotels.  haha :P

Or u can spend overnight in 24 kaikan. Ive spent 2 nights before, on separates day. You can store my big luggage in locker at train station or at your previous/future hotel concierge. They have a lot of bunk bed and mattress is the many communal rooms, and other guys there keep cruising in and out of the room, touching people on the bed lol. I choose the darkest spot and got less disturbance, and of u shrugged or move away when they touch, theyll leave u alone.

nice sharing..... sound like is a valuable and exotic experience....

For capsule hotel, I understand we need to check out at 10am. Do they offer any space for luggage storing even I will stay multiple nights ? Which capsule hotel ur staying during your visit to tokyo ? Near to shinjuku ?

stayed here Sauna & Capsule Hotel Dandy right next to Ueno station.  very convenient.

about the luggage thing...yah, it's kinda troublesome even for guests staying for multiple nights. but they do let u leave them at the counter so really no biggie.  :)

2900 for overnight that gives u 14hours, entry after 9pm. Good enough for me, after all, i spent my day doing tourists stuff. And by night, i can have some fun before and during sleeping, got to use all their facilities, hot tub jacuzzi was nice. And also have some fun in the morning. i have to admit that i like both pretending to sleep and have people sit next to you and start touching you, u can take a peek and refuse with a slight move and they go away. I also like doing the same to other people. A bit kinky but if u were there, u wont feel awkward since everyone is doing them lol quite an experience indeed. If thats not to your liking, maybe u shouldnt sleep in 24kaikan, or spend more for one of the private cabin that cost starting 5000 yen and above.

http://www.alpen-route.com/en/about/seasonal.html read the colour chart on the bars (white): means u get to see snow (murodo area means at the peak of mountain - can even see snow till mid june)

u have to spend at least (at least means minimally) one nite to fully explore the basics of this area

most go to this alpine area at tateyama for its kurobe dam: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e7550.html http://www.alpen-route.com/en/
careful and detailed planning is needed to reap the best tour outcome

Coolbriz

going to explore japan

means u

r going by typical tour agency

if not , u must intensively do a lot of research, if not u will feel lost

local names must sound like a breeze to u

in a typical family setting, usu the expert in planning will decide and plan the majority

it cannot be a random asking of : " oh , oooops, where/when japan will wat wat wat"?  - it clearly shows that the person doesnt know

which is why initially i tot maybe u r going w someone also who dont know well

Many love korean stuff and intoxicated by K pop (dramas etc food included) , thought it was soooo lomantic to have snow

when  u r wear thickened clothings moving around, u will know how romantic it is in the toilet

From my experience, those who choose to wear lesser - fell ill

those who wrapped like a bah zhang (dumpling) will end up moving like a snail and will cry and complain esp when stepping on thick snow
nevertheless all enjoyed the snowball war and etc beautiful sceneries planned for them

Thanks for the info. At least I got something to start with. Yes lots of research needed for free and easy traveling which I have been doing for a few other trips with family. Snow experience is a request from my parents so will include that as part of planning. We also wish to experience other non-snowing areas and if possible self-drive in certain places. Target about 1-5-2 weeks. Digress a bit, we just did our road trip in nz and family was very happy. But nz was easy to drive and I doubt Japan is that easy since population is more.

what is 1-5-2 weeks???

NZ is ez and the theme of  NZ is straightfwd : magical land and LOTR, it is very direct....in english, it is a breeze
i trust NZ has the snow too
Good that u take the initiative to unit everyone! so good one

but for me, i dont go for jp for scenic reasons, it is more than that, its food , its culture, its innovation , to fully experience the word JAPAN

Planning for North and south of my NZ (though i didnt drive) is level 3

planning for japan is at level 9 difficulty (despite my frequent trip to Japan w intensive planning)

Anyway, since u can drive, many parts of Hokkaido should achieve your SNOWY objectives too

Ops sorry I meant 1.5 to 2 weeks duration in Japan. We didn't go north island in nz where lotr filming was. Nz is not just about lotr. I have not driven at all in sg so driving in nz is a totally new experience for me. Driving in snowy places is dangerous I supposed so I will avoid driving altogether.

Apparently, we wanted to visit Japan for its scenic places more than just the food and culture.  My impression of Japan stalled at its historical marks in WW2 and so it's time to "get to know" Japan. Ok noted about Hokkaido since it was mentioned. Any other scenic places you would recommend? So I supposed it's safe to plan for the period feb-apr and yet still can experience snowing? ( I'm actually not referring to snow capped mountain which we have already experienced in Taiwan and nz.)

the pains and marks of ww2 should be in asia, not japan

Unless u wanna go hiroshima, very good to explore too w Kyushu

Northen area of hiro shd have snow - why i suggested hiroshima is cos u wanna war and history(which is good to learn and reflect-

http://visithiroshima.net/plan_your_trip/tour_plans/winter_course.html

Kyushu is esp about self-drive (so sorry i didnt know u will drive and it is feb-apr)

Feb, shd be snowing at hokkaido w snow festival somemore

Alternatively is Unesco site : Shirakawago

for my earlier/ above suggestion, it is not just at the snow capped mountain (the whole area is very big)
it is at the dam, to me , dam links me to water, water is something that flows below....not up there mah
in addition, Nowhere in the world has this scene: and we r there for the walls  (not exactly thinking of hiking or mountain related)

i dont even dare to suggest to u google ski resorts NOW, (u dont hve to ski in these resorts too, i m very worried every of my suggestion will invite a question) as u rejected all ideas near to mountain and

to me,  it is not even asking u to stay at the mount. for a week

U r going to non-snowy areas too mah  , 1 nite (at somewhere highland, higher) to me is not going to kill anyone out of a 2 week trip

Anyway
To plan and make purchase of everything by Feb is not possible, even for Apr is not possible to me, probably i m slow in planning despite my numerous trips

U only need to rem that a good planner surely knows: he cannot have the best of both worlds
u can throw your queries to a powerful computer or google and it will tell u : search request failed
the more permutations u input , it might hang too, lol, but prep all the combi and request all at one shot, not come in bits and pcs
the biggest nitemare is some dont like beef, some cant smell fishy/sefood , some cant be naked in onsen, erm why r we at Japan then???/

Thanks a lot. All the info is great for my Planning. Definitely not apr 2017. Will be 2018 but I usually need at least 6 months of planning.
