Guest Guest
Can you please share the membership fees, including any entrance fees and minimum membership period? I think the rates are different if you need access to one or two gyms, so please specify. Thanks!
Chris Low
pure membership is pretty fixed, there are usually no waivers and promotions are quite public. the differences are usually in whether (single gym/yoga studio, all yoga only, all gym only, or both. and (all countries i think which is quite pointless unless you fly frequently to hk/taiwan) there may be discounts if you are in your 3rd year+ of membership renewal. you can expect for (all yoga/all gym) => $180 thereabouts ($<200) on a 24mth term if you pay upfront. I think month to month if any should be way more expensive. i know standard all yoga is an 18th month contract. an all yoga/all gym is 24 months. i calculated that all yoga all gym is just $10-20 a month more than just all yoga. I think there is 12 month contract too I will suggest you pay with a credit card like amex (from amex, rather than dbs amex). where chargebacks are possible within 540 days (roughly 19 months). so should the gym ever collapse, you will at most lose 5 months of membership. (other bank cards are usually only allowed 120 days for chargebacks). also certainly types of credit card transactions where the credit card company pays in full to the gym, then you pay the credit card company => you will be stuck with the debt in the event the gym closes. (again, this is general tip for large payments and not saying pure is in any danger of collapse, it has fixed membership terms of 2 years and not crazy lifetime pay upfront membership deals that causes cash flow issues in the long run as well as hard selling by sales staff etc). eg: if a friend refers you, the referer gets $100 when you join. so we can split 50/50 if you want me to refer you. hahahttp://www.pure-yoga.com/singapore/news/detail/351http://sg.pure-fitness.com/en/singapore/memberships/types.phphttp://powerpack-sg.pure-international.com/ (1 month trial pack all yoga/all gym $250 + vouchers) Edited January 25, 2018 by Chris Low
