Guest Applebee
I am working in retail line n has to stand whole day. Recently find that my formal shoes are making my left side of slipped disk aching to stand. Should I look for cushioned shoes or flat shoes? fab
U should look for back support belt. 鍾意就好,理佢男定女 never argue with the guests. let them bark all they want. 结缘不结怨 解怨不解缘 After I have said what I wanna say, I don't care what you say. 看穿不说穿
Guest Guest
Get the MBT shoe with the convex sole, which forces you to activate your core muscles.
Anderson
Got shoes for slipped disc meh? Maybe problem is your foot arch collapse causing bodily unbalance and in turn causing the ache. Try inserting sole arch support in your shoes. Can get in good footwear/shoes shops or buy online, cost around $10 to $20 depending on quality. Guest Chiva Som
There is a store in Suntec City Opposite the Tokyu Store called Kybun or Kyboots..It is a Swiss Company. They make good air soles that will help your back. But it is only palliative care. You need to hv your back treated.
