Non smoker, don't cook cause I can't Willing to share cost to hire part time maid every fortnight if needed. Prefer some place which don't stay with house owner, as I may bring guest sometimes, or maybe my friend from Malaysia coming over to Singapore and need free accommodation (not frequent, maybe once a month?)
