Ah glad to find a new yoga thread here.

Been practicing more seriously  after a long hiatus. Slowly but surely. :P

i noticed one some weeks, Priyan’s program for beginners and essential classes are pretty challenging. Can all the student cope? Just curious.

Looks like yoga is not too popular among gay men here.

That’s an odd conclusion. I always thought gay guys are more receptive to it since there’s no macho hangup.

Yoga in itself is a body movement. Be it with or without clothes. The only different perhaps is how comfortable you are when doing it with clothes or without.

This thread is pretty quite.

Jist a quick check if anyone here uses yoga towel for practice? Some feedback is appreciated as I’m think of getting a yoga towel.

Im using manduka’s yoga towel and it’s pretty good. Not those with studs type (eg.yogitoes).

Anyone of you here has attended any yoga workshops from Pure Yoga?

What I would like to know is that, which workshop have you attended (if you are ok to say) and was it suitable for all levels or did it require some level of competency?

All inputs will be highly appreciated.

You may PM me if it’s too personal. Thanks.

Guest Hello there

What sort of yoga workshops are you intending to attend.

If you're taking workshops to enhance your practice or learning from a teacher whom you have googled, attended, recommended or known best to share relevant skills, go ahead.

Pure yoga always have very interesting workshops from international teachers.

So far my exposure to yoga classes are with Fitness First, since it's an existing membership and I must say they do bring in reputable yoga instructors to teach.

I'll try out other yoga studios sometime next year after YTT to see how different instructors conduct their classes.

And I finally gotten my very first yoga mat from sugarmat. LOL. No Manduka or Lululemon..
