If you're already having such issues, i think it's good to see a doctor who can advise you. Sometimes it could be due to a medical condition that can be treated. But most of the times it could be due to lifestyle factors like weight, smoking, drinking, stress etc. So even when you want to choose a supplement, it is worthwhile that you have an idea of your possible factors, then you can get the right supplements for your needs. To see if you really need testosterone replacement. You can also discuss with your Dr about the different treatment options available. Testosterone pills are available but not as effective as the injections or the gels. The good thing about the injections is that you only need to take them every 3 months. This is only available in the clinic.
