Chris Low Posted June 8, 2018 Report Share Posted June 8, 2018 Hi, guys. my current tenant is moving back to his home country after 6 years here Location: 5 room flat Near Redhill MRT station (Singapore 150083) Nearby coffee shop, hawker center, Giant Mini Mart, clinics, delta pool/sports complex close to city/cbd/orchard etc. Rental: 1 pax only $850. 1st month upfront and 1 month security deposit. (ie: no sharing) Must be clean/quiet/presentable. Long term preferred and gainfully and legally employed. I have 2 cats. so you can't be catphobic. Provided with aircon, Wifi, wardrobe, stand fan, single queen bed and utility bill Light cooking allowed. House rules: No smoking allowed in the house.
