This not only resulted in a loss of income, but more importantly it deprived other serious and interested parties from having that particular time slot. After much consideration, unfortunately the only solution is to collect a deposit upon booking, similar to hotel spa reservation with credit card. With immediate effect, all first time booking for SG sessions will be required to confirm booking with a $30 non-refundable deposit. The only exception perhaps will be on medical and compassionate ground. Regulars and those who have visited "let's relax" at least once will not be required to place a deposit but do refrained from last minute cancellation too.
