Help! I bought caviar on a whim and now I don't know what to do with them.

1. Serve with goat/cream cheese on crackers, accompany with some good wine.

2. Serve atop steamed eggs, like chawanmushi.

3. Serve on silken tofu, smoked salmon with a mirin/ginger/soy sauce, top with chives.

4. Serve with scrambled eggs, smoked salmon, cream cheese on a slice of toasted baguette, top with dill.
