You judge like a "minor" is asexual.  The law acts the same way.

Singapore has a rule:  adulthood comes with 18yo.   One day less, one minute less, and the person is a "minor".

The Moderator representing BW has an obligation towards the rules of Singapore. 

It doesn't matter what he thinks or what we think.

The fault lies with the inflexibility of law, influenced by Victorian-era pseudo morality.

When we are smart we comply with the law, enforced indirectly through the Moderator.

 

But you are not compelled to call someone who likes a 17yo a "pervert",

Different countries have different ages of consent.

It is 12yo in the Philippines, and 13yo in Japan.  In many places it is 16yo.

There is no doubt that some 17yo can be attractive and sufficiently mature.

So to be attracted to them is not "perversion" but natural.

And in SG to have sex with them is simply...  illegal.

But for you it is also illegal to have sex with me in my 70s.  (The 377A!)

You're Adult if you reach 21 years in Singapore. But you can interact sexually with someone above 18 if I m not wrong.

Every single search result I looked up on Google said that the legal age for sexual activity in SG be it heterosexual or otherwise is 16. The 18 year old limit only applies in the case of commercial sex whereby its illegal to pay someone under 18 for sex. 

 

So since clearly prostitution isn't allowed anyway in BW there should be a clear disclaimer that the said "underage" label used here in the forum to describe and ban under 18s isn't actually something stipulated or backed up by SG law, and thus is just an in-house decision to keep under 18s off the site as active users. Getting sick and tired of all the misinformation and smoke being blown here about "underaged below 18s" when in reality they aren't that under the law.

It is probably just to avoid any issues with the regulators in other countries or eventually even in Singapore, because some of the pictures posted here could be assessed as porn.

Porn is not permitted to  be accessible for example in US or Europe for people <Banned Words>.

Therefore, the age limit to "enter" the blowing wind is set at 18.

 

But the moderators/ bw owners should know better what the background is.

So is that true ... the legal age in real life in Singapore is 16 ... but the legal age on BW is 18 due to the fact that it's an international website and could face serious problems from the USA/EU/ETC. if anything involving anyone under 18 is posted?

 

In that case, don't be jerks, respect that rule of you could cause BW to become a target of international law enforcement, and cause it to be shut down. That would deprive us and future gay Singaporeans of a valuable resource in a hostile society.
