I never shared the hotel room with someone (on a cost sharing basis) in the first place. I m maybe guilty on other things but not on this. I don't need or want to share any hotel room (unless in a relationship).

The Moderator has revealed new sanctions against those who discriminate.  Don't let some "guests" entice you with their racist comments.  As "guests" they are immune to be banned and so they spew their venom and burn out their victims.  But there is something ignoble and cowardly in that, plus they have to remain anonymous and live in an amorphous world of lost souls. As such, I won't label him as a fuckboy/promiscuous as I have seen worse cases of promiscuity than that before. But I would put him as overtly friendly, or maybe even overtly flirtatious, which is not really my concern as we are just platonic friends.
