That is why i say Steve 5380 does not have local knowledge, as usual just transplant USA model into Singapore directly,   U think just open Sauna business simply like that ,     in red dot  , kinky businesses are not allowed to open in heartland areas outside of the CBD, and they need to inform and register with vice squad they are operating a sauna and steam room business somemore .
