Guest PrEP
Am I missing something? https://www.dsc-clinic.sg/Patient-Care/Prevention and Education/Prevention/Pages/Pre-Exposure-Prophylaxis-(PrEP).aspx WHAT ARE THE EVIDENCE FOR EFFICACY Men who have sex with men (MSM) The iPrEx study was a double-blind, placebo-controlled, multi-centre trial. The TDF/FTC treatment group, who took the PrEP regularly, was associated with a 44% reduction in the risk of HIV acquisition (95% CI, 15-63). When blood samples were tested for the medication, there was a 92% reduction in the risk of HIV acquisition in persons with detectable levels of TDF/FTC versus those without. The IPERGAY study was a double-blind, multi-centre trial. The on-demand regimen involved taking 2 tablets of TDF/FTC 2 to 24 hours before sex, 1 tablet a day during periods of sexual risk and for 48 hours (two doses) after sex. The study was stopped early when it showed that 14 people became infected with HIV in the placebo group compared with 2 in the TDF/FTC group, a risk reduction of 86%. The PROUD study was a randomised, open-label trial in England. A total of 23 participants became infected with HIV over the course of the study; three in the daily TDF/FTC group and 20 in the deferred group. This represents a risk reduction of 86%. doncoin
Same as the COVID-19 vaccines. It does not mean you are immune to it 100%. It just means you have a stronger immune response should you be infected by it. The safest sex really is one that you have with yourself. Quote Love. Guest Just jack off la
Mask is not 100% prevent Covid-19. So why wear it.... Same reason. Some protection is better than none. But if people have that mentality. Then should be wear condom. And also on prep. I first learn about prep from a US gay TV show. I think the couple was on a blind date etc and one of them is hiv. They talked about prep. One was asking what's that. The other was explaining. So really, prep was for people who is on love with someone who is hiv+. To give them that extra protection. Now people just prep as the license to fuck dangerously. Wait till they get hiv or aids or a new sex virus. It is just a matter of when. Seriously, I am sure no one is paying 3K a month for it. There are legitimate organisations which assist in the procurement of this medication, to circumvent the "official" price. Just for reference, one month supply is approx 10USD plus postage https://www.greencrosspharmacy.online/prep-en

Guest Guest Prep
There are non-brand Preps (same drug, just not under the brand Truvada) where you can buy online (from Thailand) and it costs about 300/month but you still need a prescription from a doctor to buy it. It is free in Europe I think. As a drug, it has side effects and might not good for your body in the long run.

I guess it differs from person to person. I used to take the on-demand method during those ‘dry’ periods lol and it worked for me. At most I had nausea but i found that if u take it with meal, it greatly reduces the nauseous feeling.

Regular guy in the mid 20s with regular paying jobs should minimize his anal sex, do it only with condoms, and with partners he is sure are HIV negative or are HIV undetectable due to proper HIV treatment. bodybuildMLY
Guest Porn bareback hiv cycle
Thanks to porn. Nowadays nobody. I mean literally nobody wear condom. Condom fucking porn is a remnant of the past generation. Its all raw now. So people also go raw liao. Young kid who grew up first watching gay raw porn will engage in gay raw sex. Then hiv will rise again. Its like that. Porn shapes our culture. And in turn the culture shapes the porn industry and dictates what is hot and what is not.
