Until you have a job,  have you thought of working out at home?   There is much you can do even in a small flat, with very little equipment.

For the legs:  do lunges, squats holding some weights in your hands.

For upper body: get some elastic bands to do all sorts of arm exercises, also core exercises with help of a fixed point (door handle, door hinge, etc.) doing pushups.

Stretching, core,  general body musculature:  on the floor over a mat or carpet.  Crunches for the abs, stiffed-legged deadlifts for the lower back,  etc.

Maybe he want other ppl to motivate him to gym HAHA

I "work from Suana," answering phones, taking minutes, booking flights for my boss, sending emails, and participating in long-distance conferencing.
Do you believe it's feasible?   I have actually heard someone over the phone directing his general workers while he was cruising. 😝

Indeed, not everyone visit gay sauna for sex (only), where the place is like a club to chill, rest and relax.

For a reasonable entrance fee, and could spare a few hours, one could have a nice shower and relax in a cool air-con place amid the warm humid weather, a nice warm dip in the jacuzzi, dry or wet steam room, watch TV, or simply a siesta. Some feel comfortable lingering with people of same sexual orientation, others feel excited.

Exactly. I'd also like to point out that you don't have to wear anything at all, and everyone is treated equally, whether you're the CEO of a huge corporation or the dishwasher behind a distant eatery. Within the Sauna, you must rigorously follow the rules. There is no such thing as status.

I stop doing push up now because it cause frozen for 2.5 years until now not fully healed yet.

I still remember the first 3 month covid 19 shut down in singapore. Nothing to do at home so doing 30 push up of 10x. Min. 1 whole day. To 30 push up of 20x Max 1 whole day from morning to night.

I think 2 days once then rest 1 day 3 days once then 1 rest. That make 5 days push up 2 days rest per week.

1 month or 2 month later i get frozen shoulder. Zzzzz. It cause me 2 years unable to do chin up or shoulder up. I cannot even hang onto the bar in the air because it is super painful.

Now i can chin up but still feel pain everytime i doing it.

I not so on type of training on bodybuilding. I just train until I look fit and healthy that it.

The only thing hard to control on diet to train my abs that look a bit fit now.

My main photo is a good example.

The reason to go sauna is to release your stress and also feed your personal needs and satisfaction. You can walk around naked having fun in the open as you release your lust and desire in you.
