kidster
At what age will our skin start to crumple and snag? What could be done to prevent this? I notice the skin on the face, neck and even arms of my co-workers who are in their 50s and above is already snagging quite badly. Is it a norm? Is there any preventive measures? Leonblowing
25 for women and 30 for men. It’s not noticeable in the early years cos the top most layer of our skin is still supple. However, the inner parts start to dry (rmb you don’t get pimples much when u r older), or lose the tension, so more wrinkles start to appear. It gradually extends till the exterior and that’s when the whole sagging becomes obvious friskyfright
snowbeef
I think from 50 onwards it become harder to maintain and look young. Our skin will age rapidly if you lack of sleep or become too tired from work. Therefore, at this age, it is better to have good work life balance. Those who retire early, have a good lifestyle and exercise or keep fit seems to age well even into theirs 60s. Genetics plays a role too. If you have good genes and take care of yourself well, then you could look good even into your 50s or 60s. Guest Babe Skin
Depends on your work environment (how frequent you exposed under the sun or polluted environment). Depends on your stress level Depends on your diets Depends on your hygiene Depends on your lifestyle Depends on your medical status I don't believe in Skin products shits. The lesser thing applied on your faces the better. You only need 1 thing - sunscreen (which is more effective than a million skin products) You can't go wrong applying the above regime. In fact, you will be immortalised.

Skin will not grow old as fast It is better adapt to the pain of wrinkled skin earlier rather than later. Besides, therapy not cheap. Why give these people billion dollar business that can't stop aging as a natural process? The more things you put on your face or done to it, the creepy it becomes. Natural face is beautiful than "processed & static" face regardless of age.

Now I can add one more to the many benefits of resistance training, lifting weights. Frankly, I never see the skin of my butt. But I can feel it baby smooth, while underneath are quite firm gluteus maximus muscles.

Young gays should give importance to healthy lifestyle as early as possible. And it is not necessary to be retired to do this. You should be the one who in the office make people comment: " look and him! I don't know what he does to look so young at his age, must be his genes " NO! Genes have little to do with it, it is LIFESTYLE. blowmenow
Startup
Instead of worrying about it, do something about it. Here are some videos (done by a guy) on how to maintain complexion. This requires a TCM comb which can be easily and cheaply bought on shopee. I am a fan of TCM which is about improving the blood circulation to improve your body condition. Try to see if it works for you. Kimochi

doncoin
There are various non-surgical procedures you can undergo to reduce sagginess. Typically as we age, on our face, it's either sink or sag depending on your genes. Your parents will be a good indicator. For sagginess, it can be treated through procedures such as Ultherapy where the procedures triggers collagen growth. The problem with Ultherapy is that the results are not immediately visible, and is very gradual, which is great. Most patients who had undergone the procedure will see the results in around 3 to 4 months, that is why if you do it, take a before photo, and then compare it to 3-4 months down the road. What Ultherapy does is basically stimulate the growth of collagen under your skin. Collagen is what keeps your skin supple. Ultherapy lasts about 2 to 3 years depending. Another option is to go for microthreading. It is a little more invasive, but no downtime. Basically, it is biodegradable threads are introduced under the skin to lift and tighten saggy facial and neck tissue. The results are pretty instant and can last 1 to 2 years. For sinking, the best option is to use fillers to lift and create volume around the face. Our bodies slowly reduce the amount of collagen we naturally produce as we age. So things like wrinkles and sagging skin, decreased elasticity happen. Collagen supplements do help to some degree, but if you really want results, Ultherapy is one of those FDA-certified solutions. If it works, it opitcally lasted only few minutes and you became non the wiser. The beauty industry wanted you to despise your face, to think poorly of how you appear to others, and to think that your face should never age. They altered your face, smoothed it out, made it whiter, and lifted it. You may think you now look better, but others may not recognize you since you appear unnaturally smoother and fairer. and you were under the impression that you weren't aware. doncoin
Can I seek your advice for acne scars? Thermo-fractional or Fraxel laser. They can be a little painful, so pop a panadol beforehand. Lasts about 15 minutes. Thermo-fractional uses heat and creates these micro punctures on your skin surface, which triggers your body to initiate the healing process, which basically is to accelerate the production of elastin and collagen. You will end up looking red like a mild sunburnt. After which, over the next 2 to 3 days, your burnt skin will flake or peel away as the new skin beneath generates. For acne scars, you will need several sessions to reduce the appearance. Quote Love.

Guest Kia see
One of the reason skin sag is due to gravity. So any excess fluid built up in the facial area will increase droopiness to the facial muscle fibres. If you massage your face you will discover your facial muscles are quite sore. So to combat ageing, it is good to do facial massage, sinus drainage, and replenish lost vitamins and minerals.

Guest Kia See
I go facial regularly, hope it will help. there are connective tissues and muscles that pulls the facial muscles around the scalp and also on the neck. Certain facial muscles are better stimulated through the mouth cheeks and along the top of the gum areas. so it will be good to massage all the above areas, so the muscles can relax and decrease nabial folds. Guest Mr Puffy Fish
Anyone tried any eye serums that have good effect for puffiness below eye? It is called aging. Cold press was ineffective. Tretinoin/Retinol won't work, Caffene serum won't work, eye mask won't work. Botox is temporary. You might want to consider sleeping well, drinking less water and stop looking at your smart phone and computer. It might works. If not, please EMBRACE IT WITH LOVE.
