For me, i sometimes get weird messages from my contacts asking me to log in to some websites. Does this mean i'm infected too?

Does this mean i'm infected too?Since you have been receiving weird messages, it means that the sender is the one that has been infected. You will be infected if you log on to the link that you receive in these messages. Once you have been infected, your PC will keep sending out weird messages to your contacts who are online and the cycle goes on.

Anyway to get rid of these?the only way would be to get the sender of these nuisance messages to change their password. if they have changed their msn account then they would have to deactivate the old account. if the account is still active, u will continue to receive these nuisance messages.Cheers n good luck.
