The only problem is that it gets bigger. Doing kegel exercises only make the internal muscles tighter but don't make the outer skin tighter.One matured friend suggested to go for his friendly anal massage to tone the skin. The pigments are still there so your arse will still be dark and you need to repeat the treatment to maintain a pink hole... Avoid the blush with shimmer, unless that is the effect you are after. At the end of the day, you just got to ask yourself how much exposure if your butt hole getting? If it is going to be under the spot light daily, you may want to consider a more permanent solution like anal bleaching.
