If you are in town, you may want to try the carpark along Palmer Road along Shenton Way just before you go up to ECP. It is located near the Shenton Way Bus terminal.....looks a bit scary thou at times as the street lamps at the carpark may be out or not working but who cares if you are there to have fun since it is dark....
