-looks good

-can read pdf files

-can open some office documents

-long battery life

take a look here

iRiver Cover Story is nice :) But abit small?

This one also nice but don't think selling in singapore

haha read the sony prs-950SC and the iriver cover story.

both design looks good. the sony reader is 7inch vs the iriver which only has a 6inch screen. so yeah the iriver is slightly smaller but i dun think it affects too much. haha the ipad is 9.7inch wide-screen btw just to compare.

other then that the other technical specifications are quite similar. so it comes down to this.

-price

-availability

-the look and feel

best is if can go see and play ard with a physical set first la before attempting to buy. that pretty much cancels the sony 1 out unless some shop in funan or sim lim does import them in.

well, reading on the ebook is fantastic, it beats reading an actual book.

however, when i got the book, using it in singapore doesnt work, so it was stocked up overseas. i didnt manage to try out the full function of the ebook, as it has problems on the charging, where i sold it off.

currently am not using any ereader.
