Thinking of buying a light weight Ebook reader to read while taking MRT/BUS. No need iPAD so expensive. Actually like E-Ink, but MUST be able to view PDF.. mfn.live81 Posted October 27, 2010 Report Share Posted October 27, 2010 haha read the sony prs-950SC and the iriver cover story.both design looks good. the sony reader is 7inch vs the iriver which only has a 6inch screen. so yeah the iriver is slightly smaller but i dun think it affects too much. haha the ipad is 9.7inch wide-screen btw just to compare.other then that the other technical specifications are quite similar. so it comes down to this.-price-availability-the look and feelbest is if can go see and play ard with a physical set first la before attempting to buy. that pretty much cancels the sony 1 out unless some shop in funan or sim lim does import them in.
