HendryTan
1. In a near weekend developer's update, Facebook gave out details on how Facebook-Apps can NOW obtain facebook user's tel and home address. Provided the user have added these data to facebook.2. We install facebook-apps. Some are useful/fun, others are questionable. But we do not have any idea how these facebook-app are going to use and protect our personal data obtained from our facebook profile; until it is perhaps too late. For me, Email spams, I can screen these by spam filters. But nuisance calls on my mobile is difficult to block. 3. Facebook indicate that users will need to explicitly give their OK to the application, via the facebook normal permission screens. Problem is that we usually just blindly click Allow / Allow / Allow without reading it.4. If you are NOT comfortable with this, I suggest you guys review what personal particulars you leave on your facebook profile.References:Facebook Announcement to Developers : http://developers.facebook.com/blog/post/446Commentators take on it : http://www.allfacebook.com/facebook-grants-developers-access-to-home-addresses-trouble-waiting-to-happen-2011-

Eddy
That's why i don't add apps anymore. If you don't allow, you cannot add the app to your profile. It depends on what you treasure more, the app or your privacy. "Kinsey says everyone has homosexual tendencies in various degree. YOU'RE ALL GAY!!!" ~ from some kid I overheard in a KFC.
