Dirty Tc

I used to go to sauna (esp TC) but had stopped some years back. Lately I decided to go and have been there twice.

To my disappointment, the place is now rather dirty. The glass panel is broken, the steam room is smelly and so are the toilet and jacuzzi pool (which is not working). Twice I was there the cubicles I went to had no tissue or lube.

Have they fixed that broken glass shower cubicles? That is really embarassing.

The water in the jacuzzi is not meant to be changed daily. Yes it has been dirty for quite sometime... I've also seen rats running on the roof. Not sure where their droppings fall...

guys - be reasonable ! if you are the owner of the outlet, do u think u will change those water daily ?

if one decided to dip into those pool, he has to take the consequence - be it the water is full of cum+lust or dont bother to go into the pool

there are other option out there ...

i think for hygenie, water should be changed at least once per day.

you cant tell others that if you bother on the water quality dont use the pool coz pple pay to use the facilities. if based on your logic, then they no need to clean the steam room, sweep the floor, clean the pvt room as "if one decided to enter to any of these, he has to take the consequence?"

oh yes there is always other option out there, there are other saunas...

Dont care much about the jacuzzi or the water in it as I just avoided using it.

But least the toilet, steam room should be clean right. Also for basic hygiene they should check that there are lube and tissue in the sex cubicles.

And with the glass broken glass panel and one section of the shower area cornered off with tapes, the whole place looks like a construction site (not that they are charing cheap I must comment).

Anyway dont think I will go anymore given such conditions.

was at the fmp last night after a long break. now have to leave your towel (limited to two towels for fmp) in the locker and walk the distance through the cafeteria to get into the maze area. bad idea since it prevents members with towels from hanging around in the cafeteria and there were very few naked members using the cafeteria. pity.

for those who want to remain in their aged & thinning towels, the only areas left to hang around in is the claustrophobic locker area, the less than fragrant shower cum toilet area, the mildly warm & distinctly stale-smelling steamroom and the barely warm outdoor jacuzzi

agreed. TC's standards are falling. in some of the rooms, there are no disinfectant sprays, the lube dispensers are empty etc. TC should also consider consider a few of the bigger rooms into more smaller rooms to meet the demand of their special nites.

It was FMP... hard to maintain standards with so much cum all over the place.

Was in TC last night the day after FMP. TC have since fixed the glass shower cubicle. The rooms are clean and all have a disinfectant spray to clean up after you are both done.

Pity the indoor jacuzzi is out of service.

i should have clarified that my observations were BEFORE fmp started:

- the disinfectant sprays were non-existent in a few rooms

- the lubricating gel dispenser in one room was empty (probably damaged)

- the steamroom was stale and not hot

if fmp is the most crowded and also most profitable night of the month, TC might consider maintaining a reasonable level of hygiene and serviceability to leave a favourable impression and encourage repeat visits.

The 2 times I was there, it was neither immediately before or after FMP. Once was a Sat night after their midnight cleaning in fact. The other day was a weekday.

And the two times I was there the cubicle I went to each time had no lube nor tissue. Speaking of hygiene standards . . .

i used to work in TC when it just opened few mths later. i tot the management always emphasis on cleanliness? last time, we have to keep going round the area to do area check and top up stuff.

maybe now the spa is old therefore everything also go down standard?

i havent been to TC since i last quit from the part time job.

just got back from TC, it was a pleasant trip. i did notice that shower glass panel was fixed. of course when things are broken it needs time for the management to get thing done. fixing some tape around the area so as to warn people that its under maintainance, so i don't find that's any problem to it.

as for the hot jacuzzi pool, it's just like public swimming pool. u don't expect the swimming pool to be drain everyday. that's why they have installed filtration system. so likewise for TC, they also have filtration system.

i just find that everyone plays apart to keep the environment clean. there are some inconsiderate people out there who thinks that it not their own property so they can just misused it. just to quote some example, which is through my own experience when i visit the sauna. people can piss in the sex cubicle and steamroom, bowel particles all over the toilet cubicle, throwing sweet wrappers on the floor and spitting on the floor. if one were to find that there isn't lube or tissues in the room, steamroom is smelly, no disinfectant spray. he should be kind enuff to inform the staff, not by making mountain out of an mole. even if u put up a thousand posting here and TC management do not read it, it does not solve the problem.

i guess everyone should be more proactive and not just be a whiner.

no lah, not making mountain out of molehill. just stating firsthand observations.

i agree that everyone should play their part to keep a place clean. however, would i be right to suggest that the biggest part has to be by the management who for that reason collected an entry fee from each visiting member?

will anyone take the initiative to give feedback? i am certain that that feedback has been given. there are great people out there who don't wait for things to happen and they include BW members & readers!

is TC aware of its shortcomings? i would be sad if it is not aware or if it claims ignorance. it shouldn't wait for forums like this to resolve basic hygiene and maintenance issues.

will TC take the necessary action to rectify its shortcomings? i am sure they will... in due course and when they do, i will go back. well, if they don't, members will be wise enough to vote with their feet and their wallets... until they cannot tahan or until a better sauna emerges! ha!

wow! what a big and tall molehill you are on. from your firsthand observations, you sound like you have inspected the entire place like a pro, even able to spot the finest details. such excellent eyesight you have, not to mention the keen interest in everyone's welfare.

you must be a really popular guy, having made trips to so many rooms within such a short period of time, or are you putting so much effort in inspecting the place at the expense of your happiness?

kudos to you!

i believe handling every matter, there is bound to be turnaround time. i'm sure the staff are doing their best to keep the place clean, however the surge in inconsiderate doings is too much to handle. would it be possible to rectify the problem at a snap of the finger?

Strange though, if you are running a business and know that your place is dirty (which is obvious) do you actually need your customers to inform you before you would do something?

TC used to have high standards but just not too sure what happened of late. Premium charges come with premium standards.

If it's some cheapo sauna that charge say 5 dollars, then I would adjust my expectation accordingly.

This is just a forum where members share views and feedbacks so that other members who are thinking of going to TC could have an idea of what to expect.

Why be so defensive and protective over TC current management; suggesting that customers should feedback instead of whine!!! dienasaw is just sharing not whinning.

Maybe Royta has a stake in TC. Perhaps Royta being a considerate and helpful person he is could feedback this to TC.

can't say which is better, depends what type of crowd you into, 17 more belong to mix crowd, many say that TC guys are stuck up, so? Sometimes depends your Luck too, if really keen to go, try both & compare, can't really base on what people say sometimes right?

royta, if i have inadvertently offended you with something i said or done, i apologize. my intention was just to focus on issues, not persons.

if you re-read my postings, you would see that i only mentioned the few rooms i visited, not many rooms lah. one can only have that much energy and time in one night. hehe

the two items in question - the disinfectant spray and the lube dispensers - are two important and useful items to most members' happiness. one doesn't have to look very hard to find them and to figure that they are not working.

as to how much time is needed to fix them, i trust that the establishment will do what it can at the earliest opportunity because it values its customers. just too bad for me that things didn't work for me that night lor.

at the risk of entering a political discussion, i think the government is doing a decent job in keeping the streets clean and those who are caught littering are fined & made to perform community service. few would begrudge the government for the taxes they have paid considering it has ploughed the money back to improving the environment & infrastructure for the people. things still break down and there's the trusty ST forum for people to complain. but that's politics & economics, what do i know?

hey, how would you know that if TC isn't taking a measures? and why are you twisting the words? so are you suggesting that you are a kind of person that wouldn't give a damn when witnessing a crime is being commited?

i do agree TC have high standards, but there are imperfections to everythings in life.

i'm just stating the facts and what i have observed. and there's no reason for me to be defensive at all.

Please man we are talking about TC not crimes or government, they are two very separate and different issues altogether.

If not being defensive why be so bitchy and sarcastic with dienasaw by remarking that "what a big and tall molehill you are on..."

Btw TC is running a biz and in biz there is little threshold for imperfections. What measures are they taking when it's consistently dirty and with cubicles without lube or tissue? Since you are the spokesman for TC, maybe you could enlighten us without further sarcasm or bitchiness what TC has done exactly to maintain its past standards so that we could better appreciate the efficiency and proactive nature of the TC management?

Btw guys no one is perfect and I run a coffee shop biz not far from TC. My cups are usually dirty though I did remind myself to keep them clean by washing at least once a day though I sometimes ran out of soap. I serve good beverages and only charge 15 dollars per drink, can the magnanimous lot like you please come and buy drinks from my stall? Keep it a secret for me ok, my biz is very lucrative and I was able to break even in less than 1 and a half years.

Ya loh so calculative

No lube right; customers bring your own lube or use your own saliva. Huh no tissue? Then bring your own tissue; better still go to the counter and ask for a roll of toilet roll and help them refill.

Toilet dirty? If management don't do anything, then we help them clean lah; after all we are the ones dirtying the place mah.

Oh where is the broom ah?
