How To Treat Atrophic /indented Facial Scars?

Go and visit a dermatologist. It will be costly, though. You can try National Skin Centre (Google it up) or other private dermatologists. Research the types of treatments avaliable, the pros and cons of each, and the possible side effects/downtime (this is important!!). (For example, fractional CO2 laser has a lower probability of causing major damage to the skin because it doesn't go as deep as normal full-blown CO2 laser, but it is much costlier)

You should also treat your body well. Get enough sleep. Make sure you have enough nutrition (balanced meals!). Don't touch your face with dirty hands. Wash your face often but not too often. Don't scratch it unnecessarily. You may wanna take supplements (eg. Multivitamins and antioxidant tablets). Make sure you do your homework before making any decision.

There are over-the-counter creams but results may vary. For example, Hiruscar (2 in 1) or Hiruscar post-acne.

At the end of the day, though, I hope your inner self can be beautiful too.

Lasers don't work for scars based on feedback from several people. After laser session, the surface temporarily swells making the scar looks less apparent, After a few days, the swelling subsides, and the scar is still there. Plus laser is very expensive. I guess excision and dermabrasion works better.
