For Japanese version of the game, you can try searching Funz Center (AMK, Bedok, Paya Lebar, Katong), they import Jap games. For PS Vita, you can try Qisahn: http://qisahn.com/pg/sony-ps-vita-sony-ps-vita-console I don't have a Vita so I'm not sure which place have the best price.
