Hi all, I plan to get myself some creatine supplement to bulk my self up. I have been training hard for the passed 2 months and eat more than I use to and the result is not ideal. I have been taking Whey protein and BACc for months. Do you think if I should add creatine in my supplement shelf. Anyway my weight is 72kg and my height is 178cm. Seeking for your professional advise... arigatou.....

I think its the workout that matters. Creatine is cheap, any type would work. But it still falls down on your workout. Creatine is just helping you in terms of replenishing and recovering the ATP stores readily. Furthermore, there are responders and non-responders to the supplement. Regardless, it will not improve your body composition if you just take it and not working out as hard.
