lonely57
Anyone of you have frequent dreams/nightmares? Do you keep a dream diary? If so anyone follows what the dreams may mean? And is frequent sleep paralysis a cause for worry? =x

Most of the time very vivid - including speech or sounds and even some colors. I am not sure if I was the only one who dreamt all the time. Unfortunately, most of those dreams portrayed me to be lonely, in places either errie or quiet or being side-lined by friends or outcasted by bf or even lost something dear to me. If I wasn't too sleepy, I will force myself to wake up otherwise I will cry in those sad settings. Mainly because I came from small family with no friend. I prefer to forget those dreams because they were frequent and quiet sad.
lonely57
strange that some dreams are clearly remembered while some are forgotten the next morning.

lonely57
last night i had a dream that i was in office.. then a someone opened a window and it became very windy. after that i wasnt in my office anymore but more of a classroom in a school in the middle of nowhere with a clear view of a farming field. the wind got stronger and "school kids" were screaming that a tornado was coming. the wind just got stronger and somehow i found myself out in the field alone as i started to float up getting sucked into the tornado. but it just ended there. then i got sleep paralyzed after hearing somewhat like a bamboo pole from my kitchen drop and hear it being dragged closer. the whole thing lasted 10-15 min from what i rmb of the time that i went to bed. Guest Party
I think most people will dream being alone somewhere, and hardly find any companion in the dream. I wonder if old people felt the same like those dream when they live alone for the rest of the remaining life?
samdiggin
I dreamt that the whole room got set on fire by a psycho before but I then found a way to make sure he couldnt escape so we perished today...or at least i woke up by then so I didn't know if I got rescued. I also used to have dreams of being chased by floating fire balls lolol
gabbyisbot
I've been following my dreams. A few came true in real life event, usually these dreams are around 3-5am (i take note of the time when I wake up from my dream). Once I had a dream that my uncle bid goodbye to me and told me that he'll be "going soon" (pass away) in my dream. I clearly remembered that over the next day and told my mom about it. Two days after, my uncle passed away and I didn't get to see him due to my exams. 8 hours ago, lonely57 said: Anyone of you have frequent dreams/nightmares? Do you keep a dream diary? See if it helps. Calm your innerself at the end of the day does no harm to you

pusheenpika
I actually dreamt of my elder brother being possessed and I had to drag him to a priest so the evil spirit could be exorcised. What the heck is my brain trying to tell me man... Hahaha.
