I respectfully disagree. The dirt can be easily washed away by pulling back the remaining foreskin after the partial circumcision. This way you get to preserve the sensitivity of the glans as well. How is it not easy to clean? The remaining foreskin is already so loose, just need to pull it back while showering. If anybody can't even do that then I think it's a personal hygiene problem rather than a physiological issue. Also, let's say I am really unhappy about a partial circumcision, I can always do a full circumcision one later. But I can't go back to a partial circumcision once a full one is done.

Yeah, usually those with foreskin issues are bottoms cause it hurts to top. Speaking from personal experience.
