The tenant who is currently occupying one of the common room will be moving out end of May 2019. The details of my flat is as follow: Location: 5 mins walk to MacPherson MRT stn (interchange of Circle and Downtown line)1 MRT station away to Paya Lebar MRT station (East-West line)- 10 mins to City by Downtown line MRT (Bencoolen stn) - 14 mins to Chinatown by Downtown line MRT - 12 mins to Suntec City by Circle line MRT (Promenade stn) - 18 mins to Dhoby Ghaut by Circle line MRT - 22 mins to Bugis by Circle line change to East-West line MRT (including average waiting and changing times for this trip) If driving, taking cab or private hire, few mins to PIE expressway (e.g. off peak hour to Orchard by PIE then CTE - about 8 mins only, to Chinatown - 10 mins only.
