Change your jogging or running outdoors with the use of a stationary aerobic machine indoors, at home or in a gym. My favorite machine is an old-fashioned Stair Master stair stepper. A stationary bike is also a good choice. These machines are also better for the leg joints than running. Knees are VERY valuable. Or do a lot of fast walking in some large air-conditioned mall. (at hours when it is not busy)

repressednerd Posted October 20, 2019 Posted October 20, 2019 Jog during early morning or late evening. I prefer early morning.
Guest Neh Neh Posted October 21, 2019 Posted October 21, 2019 Yes getting hotter. 10yrs ago was average 25-32 degree celsius. Now aday is like 27-34 degree celsius. Everynight many sleep with air-cond running, making hotter at night as air-cond heat dissipates out to environment.
fab Posted July 18, 2020 Posted July 18, 2020 Will be hotter when we hit 6,9. Marslang 1 鍾意就好,理佢男定女 never argue with the guests. let them bark all they want. 结缘不结怨 解怨不解缘 After I have said what I wanna say, I don't care what you say. 看穿不说穿

Guest Waterboy Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 I drank water like breathing air. So, I won't feel the heat at all, neither will I get vaporised. I jog everyday under the heat, sweat like shit and I still won't feel thirsty. Also, drink plain water. Sugary water will worsen your thirst and makes you bloated.
Guest Try and see Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 Wetter and cooler weather in June and July is not unusual, say experts https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/wetter-and-cooler-weather-in-june-and-july-is-not-unusual-say-experts
Guest guest Posted July 19, 2020 Posted July 19, 2020 Nowadays if weather is hot, really can feel breathless maybe due to wearing of mask.
