Many gyms are shutting down due to the covid situation and that’s affecting many peoples’ workout routines and it’s probably a shitty feeling, especially when you’ve pushed so hard for months or years just to come an abrupt halt. If you’re determined to not let this virus stop your fitness regime and is looking to have someone push you past your fitness limits, do drop me a pm on line @trainhardplayhard. I believe with the necessary measures, workouts can still be be conducted safely and cleanly. i think for now only certain boutique gyms are still in operation, those where they only do one-to-one session.

hi i believe gotta wait till phase 2 for any 1-to-1 session. phase 1 is still an extended version of cb.

Hi there, as gyms and fitness corners are closed everywhere, I see a lot of people are wondering how they keep to an effective workout/training routine. So if you are wondering how to workout and train apart from bodyweight exercises (calisthenics) that you can do on the floor, etc, such as weight training and other upperbody pulling calisthenics exercises, etc - there are actually plenty of ways to train with whatever you've got. From my own personal experience/observations, this is what a lot of people don't know, including a lot of trainers. With my unique background, I specialize in movnat/dinosaur types of training which ideas are to train with whatever you've got and learn how to use and scale exercises base on what you've got around you (including as many exercises you can do for weight training with everyday items, etc). 15 years of experience. I am thinking of signing up for P.T. for 12 sessions/hours. what should be my expected fitness goal/s at the end of 12 weeks spent with a P.Trainer? Thx for the input 😃

Looking to get in shape by end of the year. Have membership in FF and willing to change gym membership. Also I know I need someone to push me a lot and monitor me. My biggest issue is dieting. I need meal plans and tell me what can eat what cannot eat and what are alternatives. Since I’m in sales, I do have to go for meals from time to time, so alternatives are important. Lastly, will be awesome if the trainer is trained in sports massage as well. Will want a all in one Trainer. Pm me rate and your services.

Session usually is an hour to one half hour. As for how long you see result it depend on you yourself. Some people get shredded in just two weeks whereas others simply doesn't change much throughout entire year.

thanks, i am working and studying at the same time, so deciding to engage a PT if time permits.
