If you want to combine those then my suggestion would be Tabata style workouts.

It's sort of like old fashioned circuit training, but done in short bursts around 1 min, then rest 30 seconds, and do the next exercise, there will be lots of videos on youtube for them, but this is my favorite...

Bet you can't guess why hahaha

 

 

If you want help building your own then drop me a PM, I can help with a routine, and apps to load it in to or use as a clock.

 

But remember if you want to loose weight, that is simple maths, not the type of exercise. Burn more calories than you eat, and you loose weight.

But as advice, don't try and do to much at the same time, as it will make the challenge big, and could lead to feelings of failure. So start working out yes, start paying attention to your diet yes, but do it in a way you can succeed, so that it can become a lifestyle change, not a brief interest.
