One Punch Man 30 Day Workout

Has anyone attempted to do this 30 day challenge and gotten the desired results for your bod? Online sources claimed that it has a lot of pros BUT does contain a few drawbacks - running Long distance Everyday could cause injury.

Wow...you do already have a sexy lean bod. Thought perhaps you need less aerobic workout but more bulk up gym workouts with more complex carbo and good protein in your diet to help you? Am no expert on such stuff but there's a thread on gym and workout with good advice by a BW trainer member. Jiayou!!

Started mine today after reading this thread and watching the series of videos. Am on Level 5 cos running 5km is manageable for me, but to do this every day would be a real challenge which I would like to see how my body takes and transform.
