Your work is stressful. Either you get enough sleep or quit your job.

Good night How can you judge if you sleep much or little if you don't check how many hours you sleep? Normal is 8 hours of sleep a night. It is a bad idea to try to fall asleep (fantasizing yourself?) while watching a movie. You should sleep away from any electronics, and in near darkness. So, turn off and put away your laptop, turn off the lights, and jump in bed. Close your eyes and put your mind in blank. Good night! (just in time for me)

Guest Guest
Several causes isted here: https://www.verywellhealth.com/reasons-why-you-feel-sleepy-3014818 This one is particularly interesting cos I have a colleague who has this and he is always dozing off in the middle of the meeting. But he gets away with it cos he is a Director. https://medlineplus.gov/ency/article/000802.htm Narcolepsy Narcolepsy is a nervous system problem that causes extreme sleepiness and attacks of daytime sleep. Causes Experts aren't sure of the exact cause of narcolepsy. It may have more than one cause. Many people with narcolepsy have a low level of hypocretin (also known as orexin). This is a chemical made in the brain that helps you stay awake. In some people with narcolepsy, there are fewer of the cells that make this chemical. This may be due to an autoimmune reaction. An autoimmune reaction is when the body's immune system mistakenly attacks the body's healthy tissue. Narcolepsy can run in families. Researchers have found certain genes linked to narcolepsy.
