Thinking of buying one of those point block apts at Marine Terrace as it is just next to the tunnel that leads to East Coast Park and the open showers.

 

I like those apts for their floor to ceiling windows. Shame that these types of apt are no longer being built.

 

Many memories of Pre U/JC barbicues etc...
