I mostly go to fitness corner where there is pull up bar sit up etc... gahment provide it for free use it haha..will do it after midnight if nobody can do it naked and cruise around haha Do you know that every parks in Singapore there be someone who walk pass or curious to etc....do some exercises? Weights - There are some alternatives to dumb bells and bar bells. Some of the private gyms are doing livestreams and recordings on how to substitute those machines during gym closure.
